How do I reset or change the password?

If you forgot your password or the password entered isn't working, you can recover your account using your registered email address:

• Go to the Login page.
• Underneath the User Email/Password fields, click Forgot password?.
• Enter your email address.
• Click the Confirm button to trigger One-Time Password (OTP), which will be sent to your registered email address.
• Enter the OTP.
• Enter the New Password and repeat the Password.
• Click Confirm button to confirm the password.
• You can now log in using your new password.

How Do I change my Password?
If you wish to change your password on your account:

• Go to your Settings.
• Select Account.
• Under Basic Info, click Change Password.
• Enter your current Password.
• Enter the New Password and repeat the Password.
