Why am I unable to log into the platform

If you are trying to log into your Banco account and you are unable to do so, no worries!

There could be several reasons why this could be the case:
  • You are not our registered user. Feel free to contact us for more information or proceed to create an account with us.
  • You forgot your password. Try resetting your password.
